1. About Us & Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all use of the Countryside Pets website (countrysidepets.co.uk) and to all purchases of products or services from Countryside Pets Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15429233), with its registered address at 6 Garrard Close, Salford Priors, Evesham, WR11 8XG.

By accessing our website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase from us. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur.

• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before fulfilling an order. If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.
• Stock availability is shown in good faith but cannot always be guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order we will notify you promptly.

3. Ordering

When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract between us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including (but not limited to) stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or a pricing error. If we decline your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order via Stripe, our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store your full card details.

All transactions are in GBP. Your card issuer may apply exchange rate fees if your account is in another currency — this is beyond our control.

5. Delivery

Delivery timescales and charges are set out in our Delivery Policy. We ship to addresses within mainland Great Britain only. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or outside the United Kingdom.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods passes to you once payment has cleared in full.

Whilst we make every effort to meet delivery windows, delivery dates are estimates only and time is not of the essence. We are not liable for delays caused by our carriers or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our full returns and refunds policy is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. As a consumer you also have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which give you 14 days to cancel most online purchases from the day of delivery.

7. Mobile Grooming Services

Grooming services are subject to the following additional terms:

• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment.
• You must inform us of any health conditions, behavioural issues, or previous grooming incidents relating to your dog prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to complete the groom.
• A digital consent/waiver form must be signed before the first appointment.
• We reserve the right to stop a groom at any point if we consider it necessary for the welfare of the animal or the safety of our groomer. In such cases the deposit will not be refunded.
• Grooming appointments are available within our stated service area only. We verify postcodes at the time of booking.
• An adult (18+) must be present at the premises for the full duration of the appointment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Countryside Pets Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission, except where permitted by law (e.g. for personal, non-commercial use).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Countryside Pets Ltd's liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the website or our services shall not exceed the total value of the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

10. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or carrying out any denial-of-service attack.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
