We send parcels out via Royal Mail standard delivery 2-3 working days, DPD or via Parcel Force dependant on your location once processed. We process your orders within 48 hours Monday-Friday. Any orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed Monday.
For any deliveries made via enquiries or not ordered online for example: local delivery we aim to process your order the same working day with delivery time, location and delivery cost set and payment made before delivery.
We make every effort to deliver within the stated timescales it may be that during exceptionally busy periods delivery times may be longer. We are also unable to guarantee delivery timescales where circumstances occur that are beyond our control.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY DELIVERING TO NORTHERN IRELAND OR OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM.
