• Waiver provider — for grooming bookings, a digital consent form is processed via our waiver partner.

• Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with HMRC requirements.
• Account data is kept for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion at any time.
• Grooming booking records are retained for 2 years after the appointment.
• Contact form messages are kept for up to 2 years.
• Analytics data (if consented) is subject to Google Analytics' own retention settings.
